I understand some of you have lost the letters and acknowledgement slips. Leaders of the Exco Committee,please take note of this recurring problem. Your task is to problem-solve this often and 'irritating' problem.
As a class, this issue must be resolved. Consider which habit is not in place?
As your Form Teacher, my stand is that if you have lost the letters or acknowledgement slips (or for that matters, any other document or resources) the onus is on you to find ways to get another copy. You are not to approach your teachers, especially if the loss is due to your lack of attention and care in organising your personal posssessions.
In this case, please produce an official letter (A4 size) from your parents to acknowledge that you have received the MYE Timetable, MYE Letter and Acknowledgement Slips. I have the namelist of your signatures, acknowledging the receipt the above mentioned documents.
Please exercise great level of responsibility and maturity in such matters.
