This is a final reminder to the three students who have yet to hand in their progress cards to hand in their progress cards by 20 April 2011 1:50pm. Hand in the progress card personally to me. My Ext is 291.
The students who have yet to hand in their progress cards are Index No. 5, Index No. 8 and Index No. 14.
If you have lost it, please ask your parents to write an official letter (A4 size paper) to acknowledge that they have seen the progress cards or that they are aware of the loss of progress cards. Please ask your parents to write their handphone no on the letter of acknowledgement.
