As mentioned in class, I like you to research, read and view on topics and materials regarded to the theme of Conflict and War.
In the coming weeks, we will learn about
1. War and war heroes in Ancient Times
2. The Crusades
3. World War 1 and 2
4. Vietnam War
5. Gulf War
6. 'Wars' of our times - Terrorism
Do research on songs, poems and stories written by artistes and writers on their attitudes towards Conflict and War.
Apologies that I have not been around. Nevertheless I hope to start our new curriculum on Monday. I hope you are as excited as I am on this new way of learning.
Do make sure you have completed TYS 2008 comprehension Passage B and for those who were away the summary points (to be listed).
